Most of the data accessories we supply are plug & play - that means you simply plug them into your computer and they install themselves, without you having to do anything. Some do require drivers, however, and once you have installed the cable a software is usually also required to enable data transfer between your cell phone and PC. Often a software and driver CD is either supplied with the phone or available for free download from the manufacturers web site. Please contact your cell phone manufacturer for details on where you can get the original software and drivers.
