How will my order be shipped, and what are the shipping costs?

We ship all orders with either Canada Post or Purolator - you can choose which one when you place an order. Both provide fast, reliable and good priced delivery to all addresses.

We have a free shipping special offer on at the moment with free shipping on every single product. The free shipping is either by Canada Post letter (for small and lightweight products) or by Canada Post Expedited Parcel for larger products. We do offer an option for you to upgrade to a faster shipping option if you prefer.

If there are shipping costs for your order then they will be charged once per delivery, not per product. So if you order several products you will only be charged shipping once.
You can see all shipping options and costs when you place your online order. To see the shipping options before you place your order just add whichever products you're interested in to your shopping cart, then on the shopping cart page you can choose where we should ship your order (Canadian province, or other country). Once you've chosen the shipping destination you'll see all shipping options and the exact shipping costs whenever you look at your shopping cart.

For small and lightweight items we offer shipping by Canada Post Letter. There are strict limits on the size and weight so letter delivery is not available for all products. We may have to remove some products from their packaging in order for them to fit in a letter and letters are also not insured against damage or loss, and there is no way to track the delivery once it has been shipped. We also offer Canada Post and Purolator parcel delivery. There are various speeds to choose from, from "Canada Post Expedited Parcel" right up to "Purolator Express Next-Day" that will get the package to most Canadian addresses the next business day. All parcel deliveries are insured against damage and loss and have online tracking - this means we'll email you a tracking number when your order has shipped so that you can follow the progress of the delivery and see exactly when you'll receive it. If you're not at home when the delivery arrives then the delivery agent will leave a note and you can collect the package from your local Post Office or Purolator depot.
Please note that the shipping times we show are estimates and can vary - delivery to some areas, especially in remote locations, can take longer than the usual shipping times shown on our website.

For deliveries outside Canada we offer Canada Post international "Air Packet" delivery. This is insured against damage and loss, but deliveries outside Canada do not offer online tracking or a guaranteed delivery time.
