How can check I my order status and see when it will ship?
When you place your order you can see the expected shipping date of all items that you order on our website and also in the email confirmation you receive.
If all products are in stock then your order will usually ship the same day (at most within 1 business day). If some of the products are out of stock then our website and your order confirmation will show an approximate shipping date (for example "Ships within 3 to 6 days").
Once you have placed your online order you can check the status any time at My Order. We'll update it there as soon as we have a confirmed shipping date. We will of course email you a confirmation as soon as your order ships, or we will update you by email if there should be any change to the planned shipping date.
