I received the delivery confirmation some time ago but the delivery hasn't arrived yet.
If you register for an online account when you place your order then you can check on the status of your order there any time. Once your order has shipped you'll be able to see exactly when your order shipped, and when you can expect to receive the delivery. If the delivery is overdue, or if you didn't register for a customer account when you placed your order, then please contact us and we'll be happy to check on the delivery for you or help you set up an account where you can check the status yourself online.
