How long is the warranty? And how can I exchange a defective product?
We offer a 12 month warranty on every single product that we sell, beginning on the day that you receive your order.
Original products (more about them here) are backed first by the product manufacturer's warranty - this means that if you should have any problems with a product that is within the manufacturer warranty then the replacement/exchange will be handled directly by the manufacturer. If the manufacturer's warranty has expired but you're within the gocellular 12 month warranty then we will handle the replacement/exchange. We will also handle the replacement/exchange directly in the unlikely event that you should have any problems when dealing directly with the manufacturer.
