There are 3 common types of packaging:


Original Retail Packaging
This is the standard packaging for original brand products, as you would normally see in a store (** see notes on letter shipping below).


Bulk-packaged in poly bag
This is a common packaging for both original and non-original products - they are packed safely in a clean, transparent poly bag. Often original (OEM) brand manufacturers will offer their products in their original retail packaging and also in poly bag. By saving on the cost and enormous volume of the bulky packaging the price for poly bag original products is often considerably cheaper than for packaged products.
Occasionally bulk-packaged batteries or chargers will show small signs of handling, as the manufacturers do not pack them individually for transport. These minimal markings or scratches are barely noticeable, and the battery/charger itself, the quality, and the warranty are identical to the original retail packaged products. This only ever happens with batteries or chargers though, all other bulk-packaged products (cases, headsets etc.) are individually wrapped and show no markings/scratches whatsoever.


White Box
This is a common packaging for both original and non-original products, often used for chargers and batteries - they are packed safely in a protective white box (** see notes on letter shipping below).


** If you choose letter shipping
There are strict limits on the size of Canada Post letters, and many products in bulky retail packaging and are too large to be sent as a letter. So if you choose letter shipping for these products then we'll remove the product from its box or plastic retail packaging and pack it in a clean, transparent poly bag. This is then small enough to be sent in a padded envelope as a low-cost letter shipment. Of course we make sure that the product is carefully packed in a protective envelope before shipping it. And of course re-packing the product does not affect the warranty or your 30-day money back guarantee in any way. It simply means that you will receive the products you order in neutral packaging instead of the normal glossy retail packaging.
