How quickly will I get my order, and how can I check the status?
Processing for in-stock products
If you order online before 1pm Pacific Time, 4pm Eastern Time, on any business day - Monday to Friday, except public holidays - then we will normally process your order and ship in-stock products the same day. We're not able to guarantee this, sometimes when there's an exceptionally large volume of orders your order will be processed the following day, but we'll do our very best to get it shipped the same day.
Products that are in stock are clearly marked "In Stock" in green (read more about product availability here).
Processing for out-of-stock products
If you order out of stock products then we will ship them as soon as they are available (read more about product availability here).
Checking your order status
You can check the status of your order any time at www.gocellular.ca/myorder.
Email shipping confirmation
We will email you a confirmation as soon as your order has shipped.
How quickly you receive your order once it has shipped depends on which shipping option you choose. We offer various options, from regular letter delivery right up to next-day express that will get your order to most Canadian addresses the next business day.
The average shipping times are:
Canada Post Letter: 2-4 business days in BC, 3-5 business days to Alberta or Saskatchewan, 4-8 business days to the rest of Canada
Canada Post Expedited Parcel: 1-3 business days in BC, 2-4 business days to Alberta or Saskatchewan, 3-7 business days to the rest of Canada
Canada Post Xpress Post: 1 business day in BC, 1-2 business days to Alberta or Saskatchewan, 2-3 business days to the rest of Canada
Purolator Express: 1 business day to most addresses in Canada, 2 business days to more remote locations
International Air Packet: 4-10 business days to the US, 6-12 business days to Europe, Australia & New Zealand
We ship all orders from North Vancouver, BC. Some rural locations, as well as locations in the far north or far east of Canada, may take longer than the average times shown above. And please note that Canada Post letters offer no guaranteed shipping time, and they can be delayed - it's not unusual for a letter to take several days longer than the average times shown above.

If you choose Canada Post Expedited Parcel or Xpress Post, or Purolator Express shipping then you'll receive a tracking number in the email shipping confirmation along with a link to track the shipping on the Canada Post or Purolator website. You can also check your tracking number online at www.gocellular.ca/myorder.
If you choose letter delivery or International Air Packet then it is not possible to track the delivery once it has shipped.
