Our aim is simple: to offer a wide range of interesting and innovative cell phone accessories, and in doing so guarantee the highest quality, low prices, fast delivery and excellent service.

Our Strengths

Above all, product quality:

To guarantee the highest possible product quality we concentrate mainly on original accessories from well known brands. We do also offer high quality non-original products, however. Non-original products - like cases, chargers, headsets etc. - are available in a wide range of qualitites. We are very careful in our choice of suppliers, and we test the products thoroughly before selling any product from a new supplier. And we don't operate a "virtual warehouse" - every single product in our shop has physically arrived at our warehouse. This means that we really know about what we're selling - we examine and test samples of each product, choose carefully, and only select products that meet our high demands of quality and design.

Low prices:

How do we offer such low prices on many products? Well, we purchase many popular products in large quantities directly from the manufacturers and are able to pass on these low prices to our customers. But this is not really our main goal. Our main aim is to offer a good range of great quality products, but not to substitute quality for price. We do not want to be the cheapest at any cost, especially if low prices mean sacrificing the product quality. Instead we want to supply good products at good prices, without saving on the quality!

Fast delivery:

We try to keep all popular products in stock - this normally enables us to send your order the same day. When placing your order you can see the actual stock level and availability of each product, so you know exactly what's in stock and how quickly each product is available.

Always up-to-date:

We've been running an online shop for cell phone accessories since 1997, and during this time have built up good relationships with many manufacturers and importers/wholesalers, enabling us to offer the newest products fast. Now that is something a good shop really shouldn't have to say - many shops claim to "offer great service", but the reality is sometimes different! We guarantee fast and competent answers to any enquiries, fast delivery, a hassle-free returns policy and quick replacements, if you should have a problem with any product. Test us!

Our Company, Part 1: 1997-2008

For almost 11 years we were based in Germany, operating the online shop mobile-24.com and it's German language version yourhandy.de ('handy' being the German word for cell phone!).
During this time we built up a large customer base of consumers, retailers (high street shops, network operator partners, online shops), schools, universities and government organizations, spread throughout 27 different European countries. Our online shop grew from a small corner in the living room in 1997 to a company with many thousand regular customers and more than 5000 different cell phone accessory products. While averaging over 100 deliveries per day in 2007 we still remained a small business though - with just 3-4 employees and a 2500 square foot warehouse - and in 2008 we sold the European business and moved back to Canada...

Our Company, Part 2: 2008-2010

After many years in Europe, we completed our long-planned return to Canada in 2008. We are situated on the Pacific coast in Vancouver, British Columbia (find us on Google Maps). Our Canadian shop gocellular.ca has already established itself well in the Canadian market, following in the tradition of our European business by offering a wide range of interesting and innovative mobile phone accessories. Of course we're now concentrating on the Canadian market, but at the same time continuing to supply many of our long-term customers throughout the world.
