Ordered my otter box's Thursday, received them Friday! Very impressive even though I did pay the extra $5 for shipping. The web site is easy to use. The follow through from order to shipping was very professional. I will use gocelluar again for sure.

It was backordered from the manufacturer. A suggestion of better customer service would have been to inform your potential customers of the backorder situation at the time of ordering. Your customers would then understand the charge being applied to their credit card at the time of order. This will not stop me from recommending your business for cell phone accessories. Cheers.
gocellular response: Hi Bud, thanks for your suggestions - there was an indication when you ordered that the item was back-ordered, but we agree that this is sometimes not shown very clearly on our website. We're improving the website at the moment and are launching a much improved design later this month. The new design will also include quite a few new features (more on that on our Facebook page soon!)
